The October release guide · 2026

HighLevel had a big week. Here's where Seedly stands.

Every LevelUp release entry, plus the rest of this week's changelog: what changes, what stock Seedly already covers, and where a DevLaunch app makes sense.

Explore every update

HighLevel's October launch is a lot to take in. There are big additions, small improvements and plenty of features with similar-sounding names. If you already run Seedly, you probably want a simpler answer: what can you do today, what would need an addition, and which changes matter to the way you actually work? This guide goes through the full list, one update at a time.

Start with what you already own

A launch announcement can make an everyday job sound completely new. Before adding another app, open the part of Seedly that already handles that job. You have projects and tasks, conditional forms, appointment booking, email campaigns, workflow splits, dynamic QR codes and a customer portal. There is useful ground covered before you install anything else.

The details still matter. A workflow can wait until tomorrow without being an AI agent that remembers a conversation. A QR code can open a booking page without being automatically attached to that page as its address changes. The comparison keeps both parts visible: the practical job you can already do, and the extra control HighLevel has added.

Where our apps make sense

Add something when you can name the job it improves. Client Portal is relevant when clients need shared work, files and revision decisions inside Seedly. Orbit is relevant when staff want conversational help with permitted CRM work. Build is relevant when you need to create a separate application. Those are three different reasons to add a tool.

For broader delivery work, look at HyperTask. For connected AI assignments and handoffs, look at AI Employees. HyperSEO fits search research and reporting; Hyperchat fits funnels and supported conversation workflows. The full comparison links the relevant products, including smaller modules, and explains the limits alongside each suggestion.

Some gaps deserve a straightforward answer

We have not verified a replacement for every feature. Workflow Maps, generic CRM-object relationships, affiliate payout management and several WhatsApp-specific capabilities have real differences to resolve. Pointing you at a vaguely related app would not help you plan the work.

The same care applies to release status. Some HighLevel features require Labs or private-beta access. Some of our modules are alpha releases, VideoFlow Rooms is a private prelaunch source product, and Orbit's live voice acceptance remains unverified. You can still evaluate them; the comparison tells you which part is available and which part needs further proof.

Match the app to the job

A few places to start.

Relevant options from our existing lineup. The feature comparisons below include the smaller modules too.

The complete comparison

Every update, explained.

179 LevelUp entries + 17 additional weekly updates. All 103 changelog posts are accounted for; overlapping announcements share a comparison.

Some entries appeared before this week and were included again in LevelUp. This covers the full announcement set through October 28, rather than claiming every feature first shipped on the same day.

How to read the coverage labels

Already in stock: the everyday capability is there; finer differences are explained. Partial overlap: useful common ground, with a specific difference. A gap to plan for: an equivalent is not established in the stock documentation. HighLevel-specific: an interface or platform detail. Needs more detail: the announcement alone does not support a precise comparison.

Labs and beta labels describe stated access. An announcement is not a guarantee that the feature is enabled in every account.

01

AI agents and assistants

This is where a lot of the launch activity sits: agents that can act, conversations that can branch, and assistants with computers of their own. Seedly already gives you useful AI building blocks. Orbit and AI Employees are the closest additions, with different jobs and operating limits.

37 updates
Partial overlap

Give agents the right business details

Agent instructions can use current account values, making one reusable setup work with each client's details.

In stock Seedly

Seedly workflows already use custom values and dynamic fields. That is not the same as HighLevel's managed-agent instructions.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit agent rules and AI Employees business context are relevant ways to ground work in the right company.

A gap to plan for

Agents that remember preferences

Managed agents can keep editable facts and reusable procedures from earlier conversations.

In stock Seedly

A CRM record history is not the same as an assistant learning and managing reusable procedures.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees keeps reusable context and task handoffs. Exact automatic memory and procedure behavior should be checked separately.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlap

Start an agent from a webhook

An external request can launch a managed agent and pass its payload into the first message.

In stock Seedly

Seedly can start native workflows through a webhook. That is not the same as starting a managed-agent conversation.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees has connected workflow and task tools. Confirm the actual ingress contract for the job you want to run.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlap

Let an agent wait and follow up

Managed agents can pause and resume later with context, including appointment-related follow-up rules.

In stock Seedly

Waits and scheduled follow-up already exist in Seedly workflows. Persistent agent conversation context is a separate capability.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit's schedules and AI Employees' durable workflows are relevant; neither automatically proves every appointment-rescheduling rule.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Monitor and improve agent health

Review agent performance and proposed prompt improvements before applying a suggested fix.

In stock Seedly

Call grading does not establish automatic health checks and tested prompt-repair proposals for conversation agents.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees has run records and failure recovery. That is useful overlap, not proof of the same self-healing evaluator.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan forLabs

One workspace for managed agents

Browse agents, conversations, run logs and settings through a reorganized three-panel workspace.

In stock Seedly

Stock CRM automation screens do not establish a managed-agent workspace.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit offers an in-CRM agent workspace; AI Employees has its own workforce interface. Their layouts and operating scope differ.

A gap to plan for

Copy Voice AI agents to client accounts

Clone agents and selected related assets across sub-accounts, then review the cloning history.

In stock Seedly

Seedly snapshots are not a documented voice-agent cloning system.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No matching cross-account voice-agent rollout tool is established in our lineup.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlap

Design a conversation as a flow

Use a canvas to route a chat between agents, tools, waits and branches instead of relying on one prompt.

In stock Seedly

Seedly's visual automation builder is already useful. It does not establish the same multi-agent conversation canvas.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees is a relevant separate platform for conversational workflows and handoffs, with its own channel setup.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Give a voice agent external tools

Speech-to-speech agents can call connected MCP tools while talking with a customer.

In stock Seedly

AI call grading is not a live customer voice agent with MCP tools.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit's optional voice uses supported CRM tools, but customer telephony and microphone/provider acceptance remain separate limits.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Let Voice AI answer WhatsApp calls

Choose whether calls ring staff, go to AI or fall back to AI after a wait.

In stock Seedly

The reviewed stock CRM does not establish WhatsApp Voice AI call routing.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

WhatsApp messaging support in another app does not prove WhatsApp calling or AI call answering.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan forLabs

Test a voice agent before publishing

Keep edits in a draft, compare versions and roll back supported agent configurations.

In stock Seedly

Seedly workflow drafts do not establish voice-agent versioning and live-call isolation.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No matching customer voice-agent lifecycle is verified in the current lineup.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan forBeta

Turn an n8n export into an agent

Import a workflow file and review an agent configuration built from its triggers, logic and app actions.

In stock Seedly

Stock Seedly does not document an n8n-to-agent importer.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Owning a visual workflow tool does not make arbitrary n8n exports compatible.

A gap to plan for

Clearer agent run details

Agent logs get a reorganized detail view and quicker links to important actions.

In stock Seedly

Workflow execution logs already help in Seedly, but these are logs for a different agent runtime.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Both provide their own run history. Choose by the work you need to inspect, not the layout of HighLevel's log screen.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Customize agent metrics

Rearrange reporting widgets and define measures for agents, channels and outcomes.

In stock Seedly

Ordinary CRM reports do not establish a customizable agent-performance dashboard.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees surfaces its own task, usage and run information; exact custom-metric coverage needs checking.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Alerts when agent goals drift

Track target counts or rates and notify a team when a goal is reached or falls behind.

In stock Seedly

A sales target or workflow condition is not the same as this agent-goal monitoring service.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No verified drop-in match for this monitoring layer.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

A computer for managed agents

Agents can browse, handle files and run scripts, with approvals around consequential actions.

In stock Seedly

The reviewed stock CRM does not include an agent-operated computer environment.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees has approved public-site browser controls. It does not establish the same logged-in computer, files and terminal.

Partial overlapLabs

Richer replies from conversation agents

Use supported buttons, lists, pictures and files in customer conversations.

In stock Seedly

Seedly handles attachments and several inbox channels. The same agent-generated rich controls across those channels are not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Both are relevant conversational systems. Check each channel's rendering, permissions and interaction support.

A gap to plan forLabs

Connect conversation agents to MCP tools

Give a customer-facing bot selected external tools it can use during a conversation.

In stock Seedly

A CRM API and optional external bot integration do not establish a native customer-agent MCP connector.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees supports guarded MCP and conversational workflows as a separate configured system.

Partial overlap

Capture structured choices in a chat

An agent can match answers to radio, checkbox, dropdown and phone fields instead of saving unvalidated text.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has structured fields and forms. Automatically mapping conversation answers to those choices is a separate agent behavior.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Hyperchat captures answers and fields in supported flows; verify the particular field validation and channel.

A gap to plan for

Make documents with Ask AI

Create or revise formatted documents and analyze uploaded artifacts through the assistant.

In stock Seedly

Document templates and signing do not establish a general-purpose AI document and spreadsheet workspace.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees fits generated work; HyperProposal fits proposals and signing. File formats and reviewed outputs still need checking.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlap

Set boundaries for Ask AI users

Agencies can choose which assistant skills people may use across accounts.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already enforces roles, scopes and plan features. The same assistant-skill permission matrix is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit follows native CRM permissions and provides agency defaults for its own assistant controls.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Keep assistant work in projects

Group conversations, reference files, instructions and memory around a project.

In stock Seedly

A CRM project record is different from an assistant project with its own conversational memory.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees keeps task context; HyperTask organizes project delivery. They solve related jobs in separate workspaces.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Reach Ask AI by phone or SMS

Continue staff-assistant interactions from a phone number while away from the computer.

In stock Seedly

Business calling and texting do not establish a phone-accessible staff AI assistant.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Orbit's in-app voice is not a verified substitute for phone-number dispatch.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Send rich files to Ask AI on WhatsApp

The assistant can analyze media and return supported rich artifacts in the WhatsApp conversation.

In stock Seedly

The reviewed CRM does not establish this staff-assistant WhatsApp media workflow.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees is relevant for configured channel workflows, but exact artifact formats and WhatsApp behavior need verification.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Split complex assistant work into subtasks

An assistant can delegate focused research or analysis and bring the findings back for review.

In stock Seedly

A branched CRM workflow is different from an agent coordinating independent subtasks.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees includes specialist delegation, task handoffs and review. Its runtime and tools differ from HighLevel's sandbox.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapLabs

Let a conversation agent reach out first

CRM events can launch contextual AI opening messages and follow-up, with stop conditions when circumstances change.

In stock Seedly

Seedly sends automated follow-up and can connect an external bot. That is not the same native outbound conversation-agent system.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Both are relevant to configured conversation workflows; Hyperchat's reviewed follow-ups are not automatic bulk AI outreach.

Partial overlapLabs

Reactivate a list with conversation AI

Choose an audience, schedule personalized AI outreach and let the agent handle the replies.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has segmented campaigns and workflows. A native AI conversation campaign with this orchestration is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees is relevant to a configured outreach workflow. Audiences, channels and stop rules still need their own setup.

Partial overlap

Better date awareness in conversations

Conversation agents can interpret relative dates and account for calendar and business-hour boundaries.

In stock Seedly

Seedly bookings enforce availability. That does not establish a conversational agent's interpretation of phrases such as next Tuesday.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

A conversational workflow needs to test relative dates against its actual booking tools and time zone.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan forLabs

Preview richer agent conversations

Test channel-specific rich replies and outbound opening messages before deploying the conversation agent.

In stock Seedly

Workflow testing in stock Seedly is not a customer-agent preview for each messaging channel.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Both offer their own workflow experiences. Verify previews against real channel rendering before relying on a match.

A gap to plan for

Let managed agents delegate work

A lead agent can assign focused subtasks and combine the results.

In stock Seedly

A standard CRM workflow does not establish autonomous agent delegation.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees provides specialist assignments, handoffs and review in its own runtime.

Partial overlapLabs

Book in the contact's time zone

A conversation agent can ask for location, keep the time zone and show locally relevant appointment choices.

In stock Seedly

Seedly booking pages support time zones. That is not the same agent-led location and time-zone conversation.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Test the actual conversation-to-calendar connection and daylight-saving behavior in a configured workflow.

A gap to plan forLabs

Build an integrated app with App Studio

Describe an app and work with its generated interface, backend and CRM integration in a managed developer workspace.

In stock Seedly

Stock CRM is not a prompt-to-application development environment.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Build is the closest app-building product. It runs separately, so CRM authentication and connections remain integration work.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

A cloud computer for Ask AI

The assistant gets a browser, terminal and files in an isolated computer workspace.

In stock Seedly

The reviewed CRM does not include an assistant-operated cloud computer.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees offers guarded public-site browser work. It does not establish the same credentialed computer and terminal environment.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

A stronger managed-agent computer

Agent computers get isolation and support for more parallel browser work.

In stock Seedly

The underlying managed-agent computer is already a gap, so its capacity upgrade has no direct stock counterpart.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Browser tooling is relevant overlap, but matching tab capacity and machine isolation are not established.

A gap to plan forLabs

Describe a conversation agent to create it

An AI builder can prepare prompts, triggers and settings from instructions or a starter template.

In stock Seedly

AI prompt nodes do not establish a conversational agent-configuration builder.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit has guided agent drafts; AI Employees has role and workflow setup. Their scope differs from this customer-agent builder.

A gap to plan for

Give an agent its own chat page

A shareable chat page lets verified existing contacts talk directly with a workflow agent, with its own availability settings.

In stock Seedly

A public form or standard chat widget is not the same hosted standalone agent-chat page.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

AI Employees is relevant to configured customer conversations, but a matching shareable page must be checked rather than assumed.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapLabs

Choose Claude or Gemini for conversation agents

Set a provider per agent and optionally choose a secondary model from another provider.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already connects OpenAI and Anthropic for AI tasks, with optional external bot handling. Native Gemini selection and the same fallback are not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit offers staff assistance with model choice; AI Employees is relevant for separate customer workflows. These are different jobs.

02

Workflows and automation

Start with the job you want to automate. Native Seedly already handles branching, waits, task events and many CRM actions. Account-wide maps, remote authoring and managed-agent tools need a closer look.

19 updates
Partial overlap

Compare workflow paths with A/B testing

Test alternative follow-up paths against a goal, then optionally send new contacts to the winner.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has percentage splits and tracked variants. Matching automatic winner selection and routing is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Use the native split for basic comparisons; evaluate winner-routing requirements separately.

Partial overlapPrivate beta

Contactless deal workflows

Run workflows without primary contacts.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has deal-triggered workflows. Contactless enrollment and skip behavior are not established equivalents.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Check the workflow's actual data model; a matching trigger name alone is not enough.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

More flexible opportunity actions

Find, create or assign deals using association labels, including deals without a primary contact.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already creates and updates opportunities in workflows. These label-based and contactless extensions are not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Use native actions for the supported model; plan the additional relationships explicitly.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Linked-record workflow actions

Manage records associated with deals.

In stock Seedly

Seedly workflows manage contacts and deals. A general relationship-label action set is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A custom integration may cover selected links, but there is no verified universal replacement here.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Email associated contacts

Target people linked to deals.

In stock Seedly

Seedly can send personalized email. Association-label recipient selection across all people on a deal is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

An ordinary contact email step does not prove this multi-contact action.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapLabs

Start a workflow when records are linked

Use a new association as the trigger, optionally filtered by object and relationship label.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has many record-change triggers. A generic association-created trigger is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A targeted integration may provide the event; it is not a documented stock trigger today.

Partial overlapLabs

Text people associated with a company or object

Run SMS steps using relationship labels and both record and contact details.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already sends SMS from workflows. Label-based recipient discovery from arbitrary objects is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Use the native contact SMS step for ordinary follow-up; the association engine is the additional requirement.

A gap to plan for

See how automations connect

An automatically generated map shows workflows and the assets that connect them across an account.

In stock Seedly

Seedly's visual workflow editor does not establish an account-wide dependency map.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No verified equivalent for mapping an existing Seedly account in our current apps.

Partial overlap

Follow a contact through several workflows

Trace a person's enrollments, waiting steps, completions and errors on the map.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has run logs and contact activity. A cross-workflow visual journey is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A separate task board would not create the missing execution trace.

Partial overlap

Find workflow problems from one map

Highlight automation errors and jump into the affected execution steps.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already records step status and failures. Mapping failures across the whole automation network is different.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Use native logs for a specific run; no matching account-wide error map is verified.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

View linked workflows together

Follow connected workflow handoffs in one canvas instead of inspecting each automation separately.

In stock Seedly

Chaining workflows does not establish a canvas that visualizes the complete chain.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No direct replacement for this dependency view is established in our lineup.

A gap to plan for

Ask questions about the automation map

Use an assistant to explain workflows and propose organization or workflow changes for approval.

In stock Seedly

The map and its embedded management assistant are not documented stock Seedly features.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Orbit helps with supported CRM work, but its tool catalog does not prove workflow-map editing or publishing.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
HighLevel-specific

Help learning the new workflow map

Guided introductions and resources explain the map's tools and common investigation tasks.

In stock Seedly

This teaches a HighLevel-specific feature. Seedly has its own help and workflow documentation.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No extra app is needed just to reproduce another product's onboarding.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPremium triggers

Start workflows from Google Sheets

React to new spreadsheets, tabs, rows or updates through premium integration triggers.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has incoming webhooks, but those need a sender. The same native Google Sheets trigger set is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A small authorized connector may be enough; an additional large application is not automatically needed.

Partial overlapPremium triggers

Start workflows from Slack activity

React to messages, mentions, channel joins and reactions through new premium triggers.

In stock Seedly

Sending a Slack message from a workflow is different from subscribing to Slack events that start one.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Plan the inbound Slack connection and event mapping as integration work.

A gap to plan forPrivate beta

Manage workflows from an AI client

A private-beta MCP connection lets compatible assistants inspect, draft, publish and investigate HighLevel workflows.

In stock Seedly

Seedly's webhook workflow triggers do not establish this authoring and publishing interface.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Their tool connections do not create missing workflow-management endpoints in Seedly.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan forPrivate beta

Build and monitor workflows through an API

A private-beta API exposes workflow definitions, validation, publication, execution logs and statistics.

In stock Seedly

Starting a workflow externally is not the same as creating and editing its definition by API.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No verified full workflow-authoring API replacement is established in our lineup.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
A gap to plan for

Build workflows with real account choices

The AI builder can find named forms, pipelines, snippets and users and configure the generated steps with them.

In stock Seedly

Seedly's workflow builder does not establish this account-aware AI authoring feature.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

HyperTask has reviewed prompt-to-workflow generation in its own workspace, not automatic authoring of Seedly workflows.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapLabs

Test workflows with real events

Pin a real trigger event, test individual actions and watch a full run with step inputs and outputs.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has workflow tests and a dry-run mode. HighLevel's revised event-based tests execute real actions, so the testing behavior is materially different.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Use controlled test records: HighLevel's test can send messages or change records. Compare that with the side effects your Seedly dry-run mode skips.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#

03

Contacts, companies and deals

Many announcements change the way records relate to each other. A useful field on a contact is not automatically the same as a custom record type, a labelled relationship or a deal-owned conversation.

23 updates
Partial overlapPrivate beta

An easier-to-scan contact timeline

Contact activity gets a new layout and cards.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has contact activity history. The new HighLevel layout is specific to its interface.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Start with the native timeline; another app is unnecessary for that basic job.

Partial overlap

Verify email addresses during import

Check imported addresses as part of the contact-import process instead of doing a separate cleanup pass.

In stock Seedly

Seedly imports contacts and validates field formats. That does not establish mailbox verification during import.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Syntax checks and deduplication are useful, but they do not prove an address can receive mail.

Partial overlapPrivate beta

Fields that calculate themselves

Create read-only formula fields from CRM values and use the results in records, lists and filters.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has workflow math and custom fields. Those do not establish continuously recalculated formula fields on records.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A workflow calculation may cover a simple result; a formula-field engine is a different requirement.

Partial overlapPrivate beta

Customize deal creation

Make deal creation more flexible.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has pipelines, deal fields and opportunities. The same contactless creation panel is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Customizing the existing source is possible work; it should not be presented as already shipped.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

A deal workspace sidebar

Work on deals in context.

In stock Seedly

Seedly links deals with CRM activity. The same deal-first workspace and association model are not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Client Portal helps client delivery, not this staff deal sidebar. Keep the two requirements separate.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Choose where a deal's quick actions write

Decide whether a note, task or appointment action belongs to the deal or its primary contact.

In stock Seedly

Linked CRM activities exist in Seedly. Per-card controls over this exact record ownership need verification.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No current add-on supplies a verified copy of this routing control.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
HighLevel-specificPrivate beta

Open the deal or the person directly

Deal cards give the deal and contact separate click targets.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already has contacts and opportunities. This is a navigation choice in HighLevel's redesigned board.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Use your native navigation; a new app is unnecessary for that basic action.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Deal-linked appointments

Keep meetings attached to deals.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has calendar appointments and deal links. The same independent deal-to-appointment ownership is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Verify the existing relationship fields before relying on a deal-first scheduling workflow.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Deal conversation feeds

Link messages to individual deals.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has conversations and deal activity, but that does not establish selective message-level deal feeds.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A second inbox would not automatically add this association model.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Focused deal history

Bring relevant activities into deals.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has activity histories. The same selective deal-level history and backfill tools are not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

No verified add-on match for this history model.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Keep a deal when deleting a contact

Detach the person while preserving the opportunity's stage, value and active pipeline record.

In stock Seedly

Stock contact deletion and deal records do not establish this exact preservation choice.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

Check your installed deletion behavior before using it for cleanup.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Label deal relationships

Connect people, deals and roles.

In stock Seedly

Seedly already links CRM records. The same flexible association-label graph is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

A custom field can record a role, but it is not automatically a queryable relationship engine.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Import deals without placeholder contacts

A CSV import can create opportunities without requiring a contact for each one.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has CRM import and opportunity records. A contactless deal-import path is not established here.

Seedly documentation ↗
What makes sense

The Transfer Tool has its own supported-record mapping; it is not proof of arbitrary contactless opportunity import.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Work from company and object records

Use a record-side workspace for details, meetings, relationships, tasks, notes and conversations.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has company records and notes. The same object-wide workspace and activity ownership are not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

These modules fit specific ticket or property records, rather than a generic object workspace.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Conversations attached to company or object records

Start or link messages so each record has its own relevant conversation feed.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has company links and a unified inbox. The same generic object-level message association is not established.

Seedly documentation ↗
Where our apps fit

Support Desk keeps ticket replies with their request. That is a useful specific workflow, not universal object conversations.

Check the announcement:HighLevel release details ↗#
Partial overlapPrivate beta

Appointments attached to company or object records

Book, link and review meetings from a company's or custom object's own workspace.

In stock Seedly

Seedly has booking and company records. Generic object-linked appointments are not established by those modules alone.

Seedly documentation ↗

What this could look like for your business

Take a hypothetical service agency. A client fills in a form, receives a follow-up, books a call and pays an invoice. Start with native Seedly for that path. If the next problem is collecting a file, sharing work or getting approval on a revision, Client Portal becomes a sensible addition. If staff keep asking the same CRM questions, Orbit is a different addition to consider.

If the real bottleneck is delivery planning across a team, try the job in HyperTask before moving it. If you need a custom application, begin with a small Build project and prove its CRM connection. One observable result, such as the right person seeing the right file, tells you more than a long list of vaguely matching feature names.

A few useful boundaries

Stock Seedly here means Seedly CRM, using its public documentation and current release history. Seedly Sites, Seedly Communities and Seedly Dispatch are separate products. When one is relevant, the entry says so. Our optional GoSeedly modules require a separately licensed CRM; standalone DevLaunch apps have their own installation and provider setup.

This is a comparison of published documentation, release records and the source we already have, checked through October 28, 2026. It is not a claim that every feature has been run side by side. We make the DevLaunch products mentioned here, so the fit suggestions are our judgment. Hosting, integrations and provider usage remain part of operating the software you choose.
