A few things to know.

Can I get a refund?

Stockroom is a downloadable source-code product. All sales are final and non-refundable, with no returns, exchanges, or credits, except where applicable law, payment-network rules, or Whop terms require otherwise. Review the features, technical requirements, self-hosting responsibilities, and commercial license before purchasing. This product-specific policy replaces the general 14-day refund window for Stockroom purchases made under these terms.

What exactly am I buying?

The downloadable Stockroom source code, commercial license, and installation documentation for the delivered version. It is a complete application you configure and run in your own accounts. DevLaunch does not host your installation.

Can I rebrand it and sell hosted access?

Yes. Customize the application and charge clients for hosted access, including separately configured client accounts or deployments. Keep the source private. You may not resell or redistribute the codebase, starter kit, repository, or a modified source package. A logo change or other modification does not grant codebase resale rights.

Are there limits on products, locations, or team members?

Stockroom has no plan-based record or member quotas. Practical validation and import safeguards still apply, and your hosting and Convex resources determine capacity and operating costs. This is software you operate, not a bundle of unlimited infrastructure.

How technical is the setup?

You need Node.js 22.18 or newer, a terminal, and your own Convex account. The included setup command guides local configuration. Publishing for your team also requires web hosting, a production Convex deployment, and the steps in the hosting guide. A developer or AI coding assistant can help you configure and extend the code.

How does WooCommerce synchronization work?

Review and import products and individual variations, optionally mirror store stock into a dedicated WooCommerce-controlled location, and browse synchronized order history. WooCommerce remains the stock authority for that location. Fulfillment and refunds are handled in WooCommerce; Stockroom does not push stock quantities back to the store.

What do Seedly CRM and Resend connect?

Seedly CRM supports reviewed contact imports and follow-up tasks linked to contacts, opportunities, and inventory activity. Dispatch job synchronization is not included. Resend powers customizable verification and password-reset emails with merge fields. Invitation links are shared manually; Resend is not used as a marketing broadcast tool here.

What kind of inventory is it designed for?

Whole-unit products, consumable supplies, and pooled equipment across locations, with unit costs in USD. Serial/lot tracking, expiry dates, manufacturing, accounting valuation, fractional units, and offline use are not included. Use the editable source to extend the product for more specialized workflows.

Does the purchase include support, hosting, or future updates?

This is a self-supported purchase of the delivered codebase. Setup services, ongoing technical support, managed hosting, and guaranteed future updates are not included. You choose and pay for your own hosting, Convex, domain, and any connected services.
