What am I buying?+
The HyperProposal source code, commercial source license, and installation and agent documentation for version 0.1.0-alpha.6. You configure and operate the application in your own accounts. It is not a hosted DevLaunch subscription.
Can I rebrand it and sell hosted access?+
Yes. The included license lets you customize the application and charge clients for hosted access, including separately configured client accounts or deployments. Keep the source private. You may not resell or redistribute the codebase, repository, starter kit or a modified source package.
What does installation require?+
Node.js 22.18 or newer, npm, a dedicated Convex cloud project and a Next.js host for your connected installation. Better Auth is included in the codebase. You can first try the fictional local sample without provider accounts. Hosting, domains and optional providers are billed separately.
Can I import existing documents?+
Import PDFs and place fields over their original fixed layout. DOCX import converts supported content into editable proposal blocks; DOCX export is also included. Word layouts, fonts and unsupported elements may differ, so review every imported or exported document.
Does this include AI, email or payment accounts?+
No. Connect your own optional Resend, Stripe and AI/OCR/embedding providers. Credentials stay on your backend. The sample sends no email or payments. Quote options and recurring amounts are displayed, but subscription billing and refunds are handled outside HyperProposal.
Is it certified like enterprise signing platforms?+
HyperProposal includes electronic consent, signatures and evidence exports. Qualified or certificate-based signatures, identity verification, legal guarantees and compliance certifications are not included. Review your own requirements before using it for a particular agreement. Starter documents are editable structures, not legal advice.
Are support, hosting and future updates included?+
This is a self-supported purchase of the delivered version. Setup services, managed hosting, ongoing technical support and guaranteed future updates are not included. Installation, troubleshooting, operations and coding-agent guides are included.
Is it included in All Access?+
Yes. Members with active DevLaunch All Access can download the source edition from their portal library. A standalone purchase gives access to HyperProposal without an All Access membership.
