CRM KitsFamily entertainment centers and party venues

Every room, every slot. Every party.

A party desk for family entertainment centers and party venues: today's parties by arrival time beside a party grid of rooms and areas against 30-minute time slots, each booking with its package, head count as recorded, party host and waivers recorded against the head count. Popslot flags a double-booked room, a party with no host and waivers short on the party day, keeps the guest of honor to a first name and an age band, and treats waivers as a count, never a judgment.

Today in the GoSeedly Family Entertainment Center Kit with fictional sample records

See every party today, by arrival time.

The needs-attention box first, then today's arrivals by time beside the party grid: Party Room A, Party Room B, the arena, laser tag and the pavilion as rows and 30-minute slots as columns, each booking a block with the guest of honor's first name and age band or the group's name, the package, the head count, the host and the waivers recorded against the head count. A double-booked room, a party with no host and short waivers are flagged in red with the reason in words.

  1. Check your Seedly

Extract the kit and run the guided setup. It checks your installation and flags customized files before it changes anything.

  2. Connect the helper

Deploy the included helper from your backend source, then build your web app and choose any starter pipelines and drafts.

  3. Make it yours

Set venue name, descriptor, default pipeline name, the rooms and areas on the party grid (with open play marked shared), the grid's opening and closing time and slot length, how many days ahead a booking without a host is flagged, and the packages, add-on items and party hosts offered in the booking editor. Then sign in and check the workflows and permissions your team uses.

Technical details and compatibility

Seedly CRM 5.8.4 · extension API 1. Node.js 20 or newer. The installer checks supported integration-file versions and does not deploy your web app or backend. The included original backend helpers are required for connected booking creation, edits and resource setup. They preserve native account permissions, unrelated custom fields and row history, refuse a guest of honor's full name, children's details, access codes, logins, card, game card, bank, passport, license and ID numbers in recorded text and in booking, contact, group and host labels, and check revisions before saving. Deploy them from the authoritative backend source. Pipelines and workflow drafts are optional.

One contact-linked booking holds the parent or organizer contact, whether it is a birthday party or a group event, the guest of honor as a first name with an age band or the group's name and type, how they heard about the venue, the inquiry and party dates, the status from inquiry to party held, the package and its price as recorded, the deposit as recorded, the head count and adults, the waivers recorded as a count and the party host, plus each room or area slot with its start and end time, add-ons as counts and an editable checklist.

Popslot records what the party desk typed. It makes no safety, insurance, health, capacity or waiver statement: waivers are a count, never collected, read or judged. It does not take payments or deposits, sell tickets or wristbands, run an online booking widget, schedule staff or send messages. Party guests are often children, so a guard against accidental entry refuses the common ways their details get typed: a guest of honor's full name, birth dates, an age tied to a name, lists of children's names, allergies, medical, injury, diet, custody and behavior details, while ordinary party wording such as "7th birthday party" and "turning 6 to 8" stays. It also refuses door, locker and alarm codes, party and play pass codes, passwords and logins, card, game card, bank, routing, Social Security, passport and driver license numbers, in recorded text and in the native form drafts. Form answers are capped at 250 characters, names at 80, and phone answers take a phone number only. It is a guard, not a guarantee. The search box and the alert filter narrow the lists, never the day's counts, and an open tab moves to the new day at midnight.

Four optional pipeline templates and nine inactive workflow drafts. 22 fictional in-memory bookings.

Calling, messaging, signing, payments, and external integrations depend on your Seedly installation, account permissions, plan, and configured providers. Screenshots use sample data and reference imagery. Hosting, installation, and ongoing maintenance are your responsibility.

Questions

How do I receive the kit?

Purchase securely through Whop. Your original source ZIP and installation documentation are delivered manually to the email used at checkout. This is a one-time purchase of this kit; Seedly software, hosting, and installation services are separate.

Does this include Seedly CRM?

You obtain and configure Seedly separately. The kit adds original frontend screens, a shared theme, starter definitions, and integration instructions. It does not include Seedly’s codebase, license, hosting, or a separate CRM database.

Is this one connected workspace?

Popslot keeps its ticket tabs and dotted canvas across the kit views and native CRM tools in the same signed-in account. Contacts, Calendar, Estimates, Documents, and other full modules retain the functionality supplied by your own Seedly installation. Existing authored content and provider screens retain their own layouts.

Can I use it with existing customizations?

Yes, with a compatibility review. The installer checks the supported integration files. Changed integration files need a reviewed merge; the included AI-agent guide explains how to preserve custom extensions, permissions, providers, and routes.

Do I have to import all the starter content?

No. Choose individual pipelines and workflow drafts, use a compatible existing pipeline, or install none. Workflows remain inactive until reviewed and published. They use native triggers, internal tasks, optional notes, and timed waits. A wait does not verify task completion or recheck the current stage. The included drafts do not send customer messages.

Can I remove the examples and starter content?

Sample records stay in memory and never create customers in your CRM. Leave sample mode to return to your account. Starter setup lets you review removal of unused kit additions; server checks retain edited or published workflows and pipelines with live work or references. Removing the frontend does not delete account records.

Can different subaccounts use different kits?

The current design and branding apply to the whole web installation. Subaccounts still separate data and access. Use a separate web installation for another full-interface kit; running different kit designs by subaccount in one installation requires additional customization.
