GOSEEDLY / THE IMPORTANT STUFF
Privacy Policy.
Your CRM data and this sales website are two different things. Here's what the website handles—and what the local app is being designed to keep in your hands.
Updated September 5, 2026 · Hypercat Studio LLC
1. Who we are & what this covers
Hypercat Studio LLC operates DevLaunch and the GoSeedly sales website (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice describes information handled when you visit the GoSeedly pages, contact us, or purchase through an authorized checkout. Visiting this website does not give us access to your CRM, credentials, or migration files.
The sales website and the downloadable migration code are different. Website collection described below operates today; app behavior is explicitly described as planned because GoSeedly is still in development. Refer to the supplied release documentation for the app's actual data flows. This notice does not claim that unbuilt safeguards already exist.
2. Information on the sales website
Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website, which may include IP address, requested URL, time, browser information, and security events. This is separate from optional analytics.
If you choose Accept analytics, our first-party analytics collects pseudonymous visitor/session identifiers, visited pages, visible page sections, scroll milestones, engagement time, and link/button interactions. It also records referral domain and campaign attribution, device/browser/operating-system information, viewport, language, timezone, and approximate city/region/country supplied by the hosting infrastructure. Approximate location is not precise GPS location. Do not put private information in URLs or campaign tags.
If you email us, we receive the address, name/signature, message, attachments, and related communication metadata you choose to provide. If you purchase through Whop, we may receive buyer/contact information, order identifiers, purchased product, payment status, entitlement, and dispute/accounting records. Whop and its payment providers handle payment credentials under their own notices; do not send payment-card information to us by email.
This page does not currently contain a CRM upload, a migration credential form, a waitlist form, or an AI data-processing feature. Other DevLaunch pages you choose to visit may offer separate features described in the general DevLaunch Privacy Policy.
3. Why we use information
We use website technical data to deliver pages, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. With your analytics choice, we use site interactions and attribution to understand page performance and improve the offer. We use correspondence to respond to inquiries and may retain it to document decisions or resolve disputes.
When purchases become available, order information will support delivery, access verification, tax/accounting obligations, fraud prevention, and legitimate payment issues. Contacting us with a product question does not by itself enroll you in marketing. Any future marketing enrollment must have a clear notice and appropriate permission; marketing messages must provide an unsubscribe method.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on consent for optional analytics/marketing, steps requested before a contract and contract performance for orders, legitimate interests for proportionate security and correspondence, and legal obligations for necessary records. Those bases remain subject to applicable balancing and consent requirements.
5. Planned downloadable-app data flow
GoSeedly is intended to be code you download and run on your computer, not a hosted migration service. The planned app connects directly from that local runtime to the HighLevel and Seedly systems you authorize. Customer CRM payloads, credentials, local archives, cleanup choices, and job reports are not intended to be sent to DevLaunch as part of normal migration operation. No automatic CRM-data upload or mandatory app telemetry is planned.
Local does not mean offline or invisible to every provider. API requests and destination imports necessarily disclose information to the CRM systems and infrastructure you select. Attachments may be retrieved from their storage providers. Your operating system, backup/sync services, security software, and any code modifications you make may also affect where data is stored or processed.
You control the records and are responsible for authorization, lawful processing, endpoint selection, credential protection, retention, and deletion. We cannot access, restore, correct, or delete records stored solely on your computer or in your CRM. Direct requests about a business's CRM records to that business; contact the relevant provider for its own processing. A purchase does not automatically make us your hosted data processor or provide a data-processing agreement.
7. Email & Facebook general guidance
General guidance by email or in our Facebook group is discretionary and not contracted technical support. Only share redacted errors or synthetic examples. Never post API keys, passwords, OAuth secrets, customer contact lists, recordings, payment details, or complete migration archives.
Facebook group posts may be visible to group members and handled by Meta under its own settings and policies. Email is not a secure CRM-data intake channel. If you accidentally disclose a credential, revoke it promptly with the issuer. Contact us to request removal of information you sent us; we will assess what is within our control and any retention duties. We cannot guarantee removal of copies made by third parties.
8. Retention & security
We retain website, correspondence, and order information according to its purpose and applicable obligations, considering operational needs, consent, fraud prevention, disputes, legal/accounting duties, and records needed to honor opt-outs. Different categories may have different retention periods. The current first-party analytics implementation does not apply a published fixed automatic deletion period; do not interpret closing the page or withdrawing consent as deletion of prior events.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no storage, network, or software is completely secure. We do not guarantee immunity from security incidents. You remain responsible for the security of downloaded code, local files, backups, devices, and CRM systems under your control. Encryption and recovery capabilities of the eventual app will be documented in the certified release, not assumed from this prelaunch page.
Ask us about access, correction, deletion, or retention using the contact details below. We may retain limited records required by law, needed for legitimate disputes/security, or necessary to honor an opt-out, and will explain applicable exceptions as required.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law applicable to us, you may have rights to know/access personal information, receive a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of legally defined sale/sharing or targeted advertising, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
Email aaron@hyperflow.cloud with “GoSeedly privacy request,” describe your request, and provide enough information to locate the relevant records. Do not include secrets or third-party customer databases. We may proportionately verify your identity and authority; authorized agents may act where permitted by law. We respond within the periods required by applicable law. If an appeal right applies, reply with “Privacy appeal” and the decision you wish reviewed.
We do not claim every privacy statute applies to every visitor or that every request is unconditional. Applicable exceptions and verification requirements may apply. For records in a customer's local app or CRM, we may be unable to fulfill a request because we do not hold or control those records; contact the responsible business.
10. Adults & international visitors
GoSeedly is intended for adult business operators and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit children's information through this page. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can assess and address it.
We operate from the United States. Website, inquiry, or purchase information may be handled in the United States and locations where authorized providers operate. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, they must be used; access to the site is not a blanket waiver of those requirements. Your local CRM transfers follow the providers, destinations, and agreements you select.
11. Changes & release review
We will update this notice when practices materially change and identify the revised date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before using information for materially different purposes. A policy edit does not itself authorize undisclosed collection.
Before GoSeedly's app launch, we must verify the actual app data flow against this planned architecture and publish accurate release-specific information. Before checkout, we must confirm order providers, fulfillment, retention, and required privacy notices. The general DevLaunch Privacy Policy covers other DevLaunch services; this notice specifically explains the GoSeedly page and planned kit.
