What you are joining

You know the business. We build the leverage.

You are the one who sees where the friction lives, what your customers keep asking for, and which idea could change the game. Our role is to turn that hard-won insight into software you can actually put to work.

These are the kinds of systems larger companies rely on, scaled to the business you are building. We bring the product architecture and execution. You bring the context that makes the result impossible to buy off the shelf.

The 80/20 build model

A working foundation you can make unmistakably yours.

The 80% we build

Architecture, core workflows, integrations, interface, testing, and a useful product you can launch.

The 20% only you can add

Your judgment, process, language, customer insight, and the refinements that become your advantage.

“80%” does not mean unfinished. Every scoped project ships as a working tool; the final layer is where your expertise keeps shaping it after launch.

These are starting points

The best build starts with the opportunity only you can see.

Your business is the story. We help give it a system, a shape, and the momentum to move.

How each project works

Conversation first. Code second.

01

Bring the real problem

We start with the friction, opportunity, or idea that matters now—not a generic project menu.

02

Scope one useful build

We agree on the outcome, boundaries, stack, and what finished means before development begins.

03

Build in conversation

You review the work as it takes shape, make informed decisions, and help us learn what this beta should become.

04

Ship, learn, repeat

We finish the project, put it into your hands, then choose the next priority when the timing is right.

Questions, answered

Before we start building.

What does the 80/20 build model mean?+

It does not mean you receive unfinished software. We build a useful, working foundation—the architecture, core workflows, interface, and launch. The final 20% is the business-specific advantage: the judgment, rules, language, and ongoing refinements that only you can bring and continue evolving.

What counts as one custom project?+

One project is a defined software build with a specific outcome and an agreed scope. We decide together what belongs in that build before development starts. A project is not an unlimited bucket of requests.

Do all five projects need to be decided now?+

No. We will identify the first useful project during onboarding, then sequence the remaining work across your 12-month beta window as your business changes.

Do I own what gets built?+

Yes. The custom code and implementation created for your projects are yours. We will choose a practical stack and handoff approach together for each build.

Why do I need All Access first?+

All Access gives us the shared systems, products, training, and working context that make this beta possible. The Build Partner Beta is an add-on for members who want to apply that ecosystem directly to their business.

What if I am not an All Access member yet?+

Do not purchase the beta cold. Email Aaron first. We will talk through All Access, the kind of projects you need, and whether joining both makes sense for you.

Is this a traditional development retainer?+

No. This is a one-year beta partnership centered on five scoped projects. It is intentionally collaborative, and project timing is agreed together rather than treated like an always-on request queue.

The Build Partner Beta

Let's build what your business needs next.

Five projects. One year. A direct working relationship that starts with a conversation and ends with software you own.
