CRM KitsIndependent, faith-based, charter and microschool hiring offices
A name on every door by the first day.
A hiring office for independent, faith-based, charter and microschools that staff next school year in one season: teachers, aides, coaches and office staff. Doorplate shows next year's staffing chart as door plates, one per position, with who is returning and every opening's candidates step by step, then follows each candidate through the interview loop, references, the offer and the contract, and each new hire through onboarding and clearances to the first day. It keeps what your office records, and its guard refuses common phrasings of the details hiring law cautions against recording, as a guard against accidental entry, not a guarantee.
See next year's chart, plate by plate.
A needs-attention strip leads with every red alert in words. Below it, the season line, who has said they are returning, staying undecided or leaving, and an openings rail with each opening's candidates at every step. Each division is a hall of door plates: the position, the person returning or Opening, and its status in words. From September the chart switches to the current school year and says plainly that next year's hiring opens January 1.

How setup works
Full installation guideCheck your Seedly
Extract the kit and run the guided setup. It checks your installation and flags customized files before it changes anything.
Connect the helper
Deploy the included helper from your backend source, then build your web app and choose any starter pipelines and drafts.
Make it yours
Set school name, time zone, up to 8 divisions and 40 departments, and for each school year the intent replies due date, the finalist target, the first faculty day and up to 200 positions. Then sign in and check the workflows and permissions your team uses.
Technical details and compatibility
Seedly CRM 5.8.4 · extension API 1. Node.js 20 or newer. The installer checks supported integration-file versions and does not deploy your web app or backend. The included original backend helpers are required for connected candidates, the hiring directory, the staffing charts, the three form inboxes and resource setup. They preserve native account permissions, unrelated custom fields and row history, refuse common phrasings of the guarded details in recorded text and in names, check revisions and the chart a page read before saving, keep each school year's chart on its own document and run large setup passes and chart removal in steps within Convex's read limits. Deploy them from the authoritative backend source. Pipelines and workflow drafts are optional.
Each school year's staffing chart holds the school's own dates and up to 200 positions, each with its division, department, role, load, the person holding it, their intent to return and the opening's status and dates. Each candidate is one contact-linked opportunity for one opening, holding the name as your office writes it, the source, the applied and finalist dates, a status with a closed reason, the offer with its reply-by date and your school's own figure as recorded, the contract sent and signed and the first day, plus every interview with the panel's recommendation, references as recorded, clearances as a status and dates, credentials as a label, status and expiry, and an editable onboarding checklist.
Doorplate records what the hiring office typed and decides nothing. It has no field for a candidate's age or date of birth, race, religion (there is no statement-of-faith field or score), national origin, citizenship or visa, disability or health, pregnancy, marital or family status, sexual orientation or gender identity or veteran status, or for salary history, Social Security, driver licence and teaching licence numbers, background check, fingerprint and drug test results, criminal history, student details, door codes, passwords and card numbers. A guard refuses common phrasings of them in notes and in name fields (the candidate's name, references, the person holding a position, and "Your name" and "Candidate's name" on the forms), as a guard against accidental entry, not a guarantee; the README lists the phrasings it leaves open. Each refusal names the field and says how to rewrite: describe what the candidate did and showed. Offer figures are your school's own and are never compared or recommended, the offer letter template says your school writes its own terms, and nothing in the kit says hiring is compliant or a candidate is cleared, verified or eligible. Form answers are capped at 250 characters, names at 80, and phone answers take a phone number only. When a later version's guard refuses text saved before, the record still shows and saves, and Doorplate flags the text to rewrite.
Four optional pipeline templates and nine inactive workflow drafts. 25 fictional in-memory candidates.
Calling, messaging, signing, payments, and external integrations depend on your Seedly installation, account permissions, plan, and configured providers. Screenshots use sample data and reference imagery. Hosting, installation, and ongoing maintenance are your responsibility.

Questions
How do I receive the kit?
Purchase securely through Whop. Your original source ZIP and installation documentation are delivered manually to the email used at checkout. This is a one-time purchase of this kit; Seedly software, hosting, and installation services are separate.
Does this include Seedly CRM?
You obtain and configure Seedly separately. The kit adds original frontend screens, a shared theme, starter definitions, and integration instructions. It does not include Seedly’s codebase, license, hosting, or a separate CRM database.
Is this one connected workspace?
Doorplate keeps its hallway of door plates and the native top bar across the kit views and native CRM tools in the same signed-in account. Contacts, Calendar, Estimates, Documents, and other full modules retain the functionality supplied by your own Seedly installation. Existing authored content and provider screens retain their own layouts.
Can I use it with existing customizations?
Yes, with a compatibility review. The installer checks the supported integration files. Changed integration files need a reviewed merge; the included AI-agent guide explains how to preserve custom extensions, permissions, providers, and routes.
Do I have to import all the starter content?
No. Choose individual pipelines and workflow drafts, use a compatible existing pipeline, or install none. Workflows remain inactive until reviewed and published. They use native triggers, internal tasks, optional notes, and timed waits. A wait does not verify task completion or recheck the current stage. The included drafts do not send customer messages.
Can I remove the examples and starter content?
Sample records stay in memory and never create customers in your CRM. Leave sample mode to return to your account. Starter setup lets you review removal of unused kit additions; server checks retain edited or published workflows and pipelines with live work or references. Removing the frontend does not delete account records.
Can different subaccounts use different kits?
The current design and branding apply to the whole web installation. Subaccounts still separate data and access. Use a separate web installation for another full-interface kit; running different kit designs by subaccount in one installation requires additional customization.
