A week of videos, with rules for each ad.

Upload a batch of Meta or TikTok video ads, share one daily budget, and set performance thresholds that pause or restart each ad.

A busy creative week can mean dozens of videos to launch and check. Hyperchat now brings those videos into a weekly batch, with one shared daily budget and separate performance decisions for each ad. You review the creative, budget and rules before starting. The screens here show the actual workflow with fictional campaigns and example figures.

  • Upload up to 100 videos in a Meta or TikTok batch and reuse its settings the following week.
  • Choose individual-ad pause and restart thresholds, with minimum samples, cooldowns and restart limits.
  • Keep client review, manual holds and a pause control for the whole batch.

Bring the week’s creative together

Create a batch for Facebook and Instagram through Meta, or a separate one for TikTok. Upload MP4 or MOV files up to 100 MB each, add default copy, and adjust individual video names, headlines and text where needed.

A batch shares one daily budget across its videos. It does not assign that full budget to every ad. Choose its destination, countries, goal and end date, then save the draft. Older batches keep their own budgets and end dates.

Judge each video on its own results

Set a cost-per-conversion or click-through-rate rule on either network. Meta batches can also use purchase ROAS when purchase-value reporting is available. Each decision uses the individual ad’s figures, rather than the campaign average.

Choose different thresholds for pausing and restarting. Minimum spend and impressions give the ad a chance to gather a useful sample. A cooldown and restart allowance limit repeated switching. Set the restart allowance to zero if you only want automatic pauses.

A restart requires the measured KPI to improve; it does not happen just because a timer expires. Only ads paused by this workflow can restart automatically.

Review the batch before it can spend

Review the videos, shared budget, end date and automatic controls together. Existing client approval steps still apply. Starting the reviewed batch authorizes its launch and the actions inside those settings.

Hyperchat prepares the videos before activating the campaign. If a provider result is unconfirmed, the batch needs attention instead of automatically creating the same ad again.

Keep a person in control

Hold automation for an individual video when you want to manage it yourself. That hold leaves its current delivery switch unchanged. Pause batch stops automatic changes and requests a pause of that batch’s campaign.

Checks normally run about every 15 minutes. Network reporting and conversion attribution can be delayed. Missing or incomplete measurements cause no automatic change. These are performance controls, not real-time billing caps or a promise of improved results.

Try it in your own workspace.

  1. Open Ads → Video batches and choose the advertising platform and account.
  2. Upload your videos, add copy, and set the shared budget, end date and individual-ad KPI rules.
  3. Review the saved batch, complete any required approval and start it explicitly.
  4. Check the first results, use manual holds where needed, and reuse the settings for the next week’s videos.
