Give every funnel enquiry an owner and a next step.
Turn accepted enquiries into assigned deals and follow-ups, so your team knows who is handling the lead and what happens next.
Getting the enquiry is only the beginning. Hyperchat can now put it into the right sales pipeline, give it an owner and add a follow-up reminder. Set the handoff for each funnel, then let your team pick up the conversation.
- Choose an owner for new enquiries
- Create follow-ups with in-app reminders
- Reuse open work when someone enquires again
Set the handoff once for each funnel.
Choose the client’s pipeline, the teammate who should own new deals, and whether you want a follow-up reminder. You can have one funnel go to a sales teammate and another go to the person who handles consultations.
Routing starts off. An owner or administrator turns it on for the funnels that need it.
See the opportunity in your pipeline.
The new deal stays in the same client workspace as the enquiry. Open the pipeline to see the opportunity and its next follow-up alongside your other sales work.
New deals start at zero value. Add a value when you know what the opportunity is worth; an enquiry on its own is not a sale.
Give the team a follow-up they can act on.
The task appears in Follow-ups with a contact, an owner and a due time. The owner receives an in-app reminder when it is due.
Your teammate can complete the task, change its timing or decide what to say next. Creating a follow-up does not automatically send a message to the customer.
Repeat enquiries stay manageable.
If the contact already has one open deal in that pipeline, Hyperchat reuses it. An existing open follow-up keeps its due date and owner. Your team’s edits are preserved.
- Repeated submission attempts do not create duplicate work.
- Closed deals stay closed. A later enquiry can begin a new opportunity.
- If the earlier follow-up is finished, a later enquiry can create a new one.
A handoff problem does not lose the enquiry.
A teammate may leave, a contact may be archived, or a pipeline may contain more than one open deal for the same person. Those enquiries are saved in Routing needs attention.
An owner or administrator can fix the issue and select Retry routing. The enquiry is handled using the current saved settings.
Try it in your own workspace.
- After upgrading, open Funnels and choose Results & domains beside a saved funnel.
- Under Lead routing, choose the pipeline, owner and optional reminder timing, then save.
- Publish the funnel and try an example enquiry. Check Funnel submissions, Pipelines and Follow-ups.
