Help me understand how customers describe the problem we solve.

Our offer: [what it does, for whom, and verified capabilities]
The audience we're considering: [audience]
Customer material: [paste anonymized excerpts, each with a source ID]
Decision this research should help us make: [decision]

Use the supplied material as evidence. Identify recurring frustrations, moments that trigger action, workarounds, objections, and the outcome people want. Distinguish a repeated pattern from one person's opinion. Don't invent demographics, quotes, or the size of the market.

Return a compact table: pattern, supporting source IDs, a short exact excerpt, and what it could mean for our messaging. Keep each excerpt short and distinguish customer words from your interpretation. Note where the sample is biased or too thin.

Then write three messaging hypotheses in plain language. Each should name a recognizable problem, a concrete outcome, and the evidence we would need to support the claim. Give me five neutral interview questions to investigate the biggest gaps.

DevLaunch tone: practical, warm, and direct. Talk like someone helping a business owner get useful work done. Skip hype, invented urgency, and promises the product can't prove.
