What moves the number now is not more information. It is three days in a room with people at your level, someone who will open your actual business and look at it, and a deadline close enough that you build the thing instead of planning it again.
This is not a conference. There is no stage, no expo hall, no badge scanning. Eight owners, one table, six working sessions across two days, and a round of golf on the second morning.
If you have never picked up a club, say so on your intake form. We book you something better and it ends at the same time the round does.

This agenda is our general plan. Session times, activities and locations may vary by city. The full schedule, including confirmed times, venues and event details, will be released one week before your event.

The boardroomThirty minutes. One number and one outcome per person, on the wall. It stays up for both days.
Session 02 · How you actually lead
The boardroomTwo and a half hours on your DISC and Goleman results, taken before you fly. You leave with your default style, your blind spot, and one conversation to have with your team.

The long break
Around the hotelNinety minutes off the clock. Cigar lounge, coffee, the pool, or a call home. The back half of the day is the heavy part.

Session 03 · Build the delivery machine
The boardroomNinety minutes on your own accounts. Take the deliverable your business repeats most and leave with it running: the prompt chain, the agent that drafts it, the template it fills, the handoff back to a person.

Terms, in plain English
- Seats are paid in full at checkout. There are no deposits and no payment plans.
- Seats are non refundable. If your plans change, your seat transfers: to another city, to another DevLaunch program of equal value, or to a person you name.
- If DevLaunch cancels or reschedules the event, you receive a full refund.

I build with these tools every day and I teach owners to do the same. DevLaunch runs live classes, cohorts, and workshops on AI systems for people who own the business rather than sit inside someone else’s.
I have run enough of these online to know what the format cannot do. You cannot read a room through a webcam, you cannot fix the real problem in a chat window, and nobody ever became friends in a breakout room. So this one is in person, capped at eight, and I am in the cart on day two instead of watching from the clubhouse.
