The Owner’s
Table

Three days. Eight seats.
One room of owners who actually build.

You arrive with a business that works and a year that does not feel like yours. You leave with a leadership profile you understand, a delivery system you built, an AI employee running, and seven people who pick up the phone.

Why this exists

You have outgrown
the group chat

You have read the threads. You have watched the replays. You have a folder of courses you finished and a business that still runs on you.

What moves the number now is not more information. It is three days in a room with people at your level, someone who will open your actual business and look at it, and a deadline close enough that you build the thing instead of planning it again.

This is not a conference. There is no stage, no expo hall, no badge scanning. Eight owners, one table, six working sessions across two days, and a round of golf on the second morning.

If you have never picked up a club, say so on your intake form. We book you something better and it ends at the same time the round does.

Six sessions, two dinners, one round

The program

8:30 AM

Doors open

The boardroom

Breakfast in the room.

9:00 AM

Session 01 · The scoreboard

The boardroom

Thirty minutes. One number and one outcome per person, on the wall. It stays up for both days.

9:30 AM

Session 02 · How you actually lead

The boardroom

Two and a half hours on your DISC and Goleman results, taken before you fly. You leave with your default style, your blind spot, and one conversation to have with your team.

12:00 PM

Lunch

The boardroom

One table, one hour.

1:00 PM

The long break

Around the hotel

Ninety minutes off the clock. Cigar lounge, coffee, the pool, or a call home. The back half of the day is the heavy part.

2:30 PM

The guest chair

The boardroom

An operator who has already built what you are building, at a bigger scale. Forty-five minutes, then questions.

3:30 PM

Session 03 · Build the delivery machine

The boardroom

Ninety minutes on your own accounts. Take the deliverable your business repeats most and leave with it running: the prompt chain, the agent that drafts it, the template it fills, the handoff back to a person.

5:00 PM

Open lab

The boardroom

An hour, optional. The room stays open and so do I. Keep building or take a one on one.

6:00 PM

Break

Around the hotel

An hour to change and clear your inbox.

7:00 PM

The second table

Private dining room

Dinner in a private room. Nothing scheduled.

Times and venues are subject to change as the dates get closer. Confirmed locations for your city arrive in your inbox ahead of the event.

Four and a half hours in a cart does what a boardroom cannot.

What you fly home with

Five things,
not a notebook

01

A leadership profile you actually understand

Session 02. Your DISC and Goleman results read against the person on your team you keep having the same argument with.

02

A delivery system, built

Session 03. The thing your business repeats most, running as a chain of prompts, agents and templates instead of as your afternoon.

03

A campaign scheduled, not planned

Session 04. The front of the business rebuilt to run without you feeling like posting.

04

One AI employee, switched on

Session 05. A role you are doing yourself right now, defined, tested against real work and running before you leave the room.

05

Ninety days you said out loud

Session 06. In front of seven people who now know your business well enough to ask about it in January.

Read this part honestly

Eight seats means
saying no

This is for you if

  • You own the business. Not a side project, not a plan.
  • Revenue is real. Roughly $250k and up, or close and moving fast.
  • You want AI inside the actual work, not another opinion about it.
  • You are fine being the least experienced person in the room for an hour.
  • You can be off email for two days without the business stopping.

Skip it if

  • You are looking for someone to do it all for you.
  • You want to sell to the room. Everyone spots it by lunch on day one.
  • You want a big stage, a big crowd, and a photo with the speaker.
  • You are not willing to say a real number out loud in front of seven people.

DevLaunch

I build with these tools every day and I teach owners to do the same. DevLaunch runs live classes, cohorts, and workshops on AI systems for people who own the business rather than sit inside someone else’s.

I have run enough of these online to know what the format cannot do. You cannot read a room through a webcam, you cannot fix the real problem in a chat window, and nobody ever became friends in a breakout room. So this one is in person, capped at eight, and I am in the cart on day two instead of watching from the clubhouse.

Before you ask

Questions

Scottsdale: land Tuesday Sept 29 and fly out Friday Oct 2. Nashville: land Monday Oct 26 and fly out Thursday Oct 29. The opening table is at 7:30 PM on the arrival night, so land before 4:00 PM if you can.

What happens next

After you
reserve

Checkout takes a minute and it is the only payment step. Everything after it is me getting the room ready for you.

Reserve your seat

Already reserved and did not get the form? Open your intake here.

01

Your intake

Right after checkout

A short form lands in your inbox. Your business, your bottleneck, whether you golf, dietary needs and hat size. It is what the six sessions get built around, so the room is set up for the eight people actually in it.

02

Your assessments

About a week out

You take the DISC and Goleman tests online. I read all eight profiles before anybody lands, which is why Session 02 works on your real results instead of a generic lecture.

03

Travel and venues

Before you fly

Hotel and room block, the confirmed venue list for your city, arrival and departure days, and the schedule with final times attached.

Six chairs.
Eight, at most.

Two cities, sixteen seats in the whole year. When they are gone the next one is a different room with different people.
