You do not need another course.
You need to actually finish something.
Six weeks of live calls, office hours, and a small group of builders holding you accountable. Real projects, real feedback, real deadlines.
The cohort
Six weeks, two live calls a week, real projects. You bring the idea, we bring the workflow, the code review, and the push to actually ship it.
hours, direct support
Small by design
We cap every cohort on purpose. Accountability does not happen in a crowd of 500. It happens when a dozen people know your name and your deadline.
Six weeks, mapped out
Live calls twice a week. Real projects, not toy examples.
Foundations
Set up Claude Code, Codex, and the exact workflow you will use all six weeks.
Your first real build
Ship a real, live website. Not a template you tweak. Yours, from scratch.
Apps with real data
Auth, a database, and an app that actually does something for someone.
Tools & automations
Build the internal tool or automation you have been putting off for months.
Polish & deploy
Custom domains, performance, and the details that make it look shipped.
Demo day
Ship your capstone project and demo it live in front of the cohort.
12 SEATS.
THAT'S IT.
We could fill this cohort with 200 people and make more money. We cap it at 12 because accountability is the entire point.
"Real feedback on your actual project, not a generic curriculum built for nobody in particular."
"12 people. Everyone knows your name, and everyone knows if you skipped a week."
"Stuck at 11pm before a deadline? Office hours are a room full of people building the exact same thing."
Cohorts finish projects. Solo tutorials collect dust. That is the whole reason this is capped.

Meet Aaron Rountree
I run an agency and build with Claude Code and Codex every single day. This cohort is not a recording. I am on the live calls, in the office hours, and looking at your actual project every single week.
I have taught this workflow across 20+ DevLaunch classes and workshops. The pattern is always the same: people who build alongside a small group finish. People building alone, mostly do not.
This cohort exists so you actually ship, not just learn.

Questions, answered
What is the weekly time commitment?+
Plan on 2 live calls a week, 60 to 90 minutes each, plus a few hours of build time in between. Office hours are optional and drop-in, so you can get help whenever you are actually stuck.
What if I can't make a live call?+
Every call is recorded and posted within 24 hours. Live attendance is where the accountability comes from, but missing one call will not get you kicked out of the cohort.
Do I need to already know how to code?+
No. You need to be willing to show up and build every week. We meet you wherever you are starting from, whether that is fresh off AI Coding 101 or a messy side project you have been stuck on.
Why is this capped at 12 people?+
Because accountability does not scale. A dozen people is small enough that everyone gets seen every week, and nobody quietly disappears into a crowd.
What's the difference between this and AI Coding 101 or 102?+
Those are self-paced, pre-recorded classes. This is six weeks of live calls, office hours, and direct feedback on your actual project, alongside a small group building at the same time as you.
Do I keep access after the cohort ends?+
Yes. Lifetime access to every recording, template, and boilerplate from your cohort, whether you paid in full or on the payment plan.
What if I don't finish my project in six weeks?+
Most projects need a push after the cohort ends too. You keep the templates, recordings, and the workflow, so you can keep going on your own timeline.
