Client reviews, recording requests and approved delivery packs

Keep each client’s videos and teammates together, review the exact cut, collect footage privately and send the approved files as one download.

VideoFlow 2.6 brings an agency workflow to the web app. You can organize work by client, keep internal review separate from client feedback, and deliver the version everyone signed off on. The screenshots below use fictional clients, teammates and sample footage.

  • Separate client workspaces with branding and assigned teammates.
  • Approval of an exact cut, with internal, client and final review stages.
  • Private recording requests that clients can use without an account.
  • One delivery ZIP with the approved video and its available supporting files.
  • An agency dashboard for overdue feedback, requested changes and delivery-ready work.

Give each client a workspace and the right team

Keep a client’s videos, brand name, brand color and assigned teammates together. Managers handle reviews and delivery, editors work on the videos, and viewers can follow the work. Invite a teammate using their verified account email and choose the role they need.

Apply client branding when you want it

The client editor can add a title using the saved brand name and color. Preview it, adjust the cut and save when it looks right. Existing video layouts stay as they are until you choose to change them.

Approve a particular cut

A new client-workspace review keeps its own copy of the finished video. The client sees which cut they are reviewing and can approve it or explain the changes they need. Later editing cannot quietly replace the video behind that approval.

If the video or its supporting files change, start a fresh review. The earlier approval does not carry over to the new cut.

Keep internal review, client feedback and final sign-off separate

Run a cut through internal review first. Once a manager is happy, copy the private client review link and share it with the intended reviewer. Client approval is followed by a separate final sign-off from your team.

Changes requests stay visible with their notes. You can see who is responsible and when feedback is due instead of treating every review as the same step.

Ask for footage without asking the client to learn your app

Create a private recording request with clear instructions, an expiry and an upload allowance. The client can record with their camera or submit an existing MP4, WebM or MOV without creating an account.

Preview submitted footage before adding it to the client’s library. Close the request when you have what you need.

Deliver the approved files together

After final sign-off, build one delivery pack. It contains the approved video and a thumbnail, plus SRT and WebVTT captions and transcript text when those were saved for the cut.

Download one ZIP to hand off. The pack uses the video that was approved, and it tells you when caption or transcript files were not available.

See what needs attention across clients

The agency dashboard brings overdue feedback, requested changes, responsible people and cuts ready for delivery into one view. Open the client workspace from the list to follow up or finish the next step.

Use Clients & reviews for this version-specific workflow. Your existing personal library and basic sharing tools remain available.

Try it in your own workspace.

  1. Download the complete VideoFlow 2.6 update and follow its included setup or upgrade guide, keeping your existing settings and customizations.
  2. Open Clients & reviews, create a client workspace, save its branding and invite the teammates who need access.
  3. Add a video, save your edits and prepare the finished cut. Start an internal review, collect the client’s feedback and complete final sign-off.
  4. Use Recordings to request client footage. Use Deliveries to build and download the approved pack.
