Recorded workshops, useful replays and clearer follow-ups

Offer regular workshop times, show a relevant next step, and use viewing results to prepare better follow-ups.

VideoFlow Rooms 2.2 lets you turn a completed recording into a repeatable workshop. Visitors choose a session, receive a private viewing link and return to a chaptered replay. Your team can review viewing results and prepare a message for the people who attended, left early or missed the session.

  • Clearly labeled scheduled recordings that run without opening the producer studio for each session.
  • Daily or weekly session choices with time-zone-aware scheduling.
  • Timed booking links, offers and downloads.
  • Branded replays with chapters and saved viewing progress.
  • Session results for registrations, viewing and resource clicks.
  • Reviewed follow-up drafts and personalized CSV exports.

Give a useful workshop another run

Choose a completed video recording and keep a separate private copy for your webinar. Write a title and description, set the replay window and publish its registration page.

Booked sessions keep the recording and settings they registered for. You can prepare a newer version for future sessions without switching an existing registration to a different presentation.

Offer regular times people can choose

Run one session, repeat it daily or choose particular weekdays. Set the local time and time zone, then review the generated session dates.

Recurring schedules keep offering upcoming dates. Daylight-saving changes keep the chosen local hour; a time that does not exist is skipped, and a repeated hour uses its first occurrence.

An example Tuesday and Thursday schedule uses the agency’s chosen local time zone. Fictional workspace.

Let a guest register without another account

Guests choose an available session and receive their private viewing link immediately. Before the session starts, it shows a countdown. When the scheduled recording begins, Play joins at the current point.

The presentation is clearly labeled as a recording. A presenter may not be online. This registration form does not send email, so guests should save the link shown after registration.

Show the next step when it fits the topic

Add a resource with the point when it should appear and disappear. A booking page, useful download or offer can sit beside the recording while that topic is being discussed.

The session report records interest in those links. A click shows that someone opened a resource; it does not claim that they completed a booking or purchase.

Make the replay useful to return to

After the scheduled session, the same private link opens an on-demand replay. Viewers can jump between chapters, pause and return to their saved position.

New visitors can also register for an available replay. You choose how long it stays available, from one to 90 days.

Prepare a more relevant follow-up

After the session ends, choose people who attended at least half, left early or did not attend. Edit the subject and message, then review the exact opted-in recipient list.

Save a draft and export personalized messages as CSV for your email tool. These controls prepare messages; they do not send or schedule email. Registration addresses are unverified.

A viewer can withdraw follow-up permission from their private page. Draft exports refresh consent before downloading.

See what happened in each session

Review registrations, scheduled viewing, replay viewers and registrations that clicked a resource together. Export the session results when you need a closer look.

Viewing totals are estimates from foreground video playback. Pauses, disconnected gaps and skipped playback do not create extra viewing credit. No-shows remain pending until the session ends, and people who register for a replay are shown separately.

Session results come from the actual fictional walkthrough, including attendance, early exits and replay activity. These example figures are not customer results.
