Client email, approved and ready to send.
Keep each client’s audience and brand together, agree the exact email before sending, and follow scheduled campaigns and live automations.
SendCanvas now brings the everyday agency email workflow together: choose the client, build an email in their style, get approval, schedule it and see what happened. This is one update covering client workspaces, brand kits, approvals, sending, automations and reporting. The screenshots show the real app using fictional clients and a local simulated email provider.
- Separate client workspaces with their own contacts, emails, brands and team roles.
- Client approval covers the exact email and recipient list.
- Scheduled campaigns and approved automations use background sending.
- Delivery and engagement reports use the events your provider actually reports.
Start in the right client workspace.
Switch clients without mixing their contacts, saved emails, branding or sending connections. Give teammates access to the client workspaces they work on, with roles for reviewing, designing, sending or managing.
Save the client’s look once.
Brand kits keep the logo, colors, sender name, reply-to address, mailing address and footer together. Start another newsletter, welcome email or announcement from a reusable branded layout, then edit it in the visual builder.
Let the client review the actual email.
Share a private review link so the client can see personalized previews, approve the email and audience, or request changes. The reviewed version stays fixed, so an approval continues to show what the client saw.
If you change the email or brand after approval, request a fresh review before remaining messages go out.
Agree who will receive it.
The review includes the exact recipient list and explains exclusions. Contacts who have unsubscribed or been suppressed are kept out of eligible sends; consent is checked again before a message goes to the provider.
Schedule the approved version and close the tab.
Send an approved email now or choose a send time. Background sending continues after you leave the page and recovers pending work after a restart.
Temporary provider limits can be retried safely. If the app cannot establish whether a message was accepted, the report makes that uncertainty visible for you to check.
Turn visual workflows into real follow-ups.
Publish approved email steps inside a workflow, add a wait, check a condition and update a contact’s tags. Start supported workflows manually, when a tag is added or when a contact joins an audience.
Live run history shows which steps ran and where a contact is waiting. Email steps use a client-approved version and approved audience; newly added recipients need a fresh review.
See what happened after sending.
Follow provider acceptance, delivery, bounces, opens, clicks and unsubscribes from the client workspace. The report distinguishes an email accepted for processing from a confirmed delivery.
Open and click reporting depends on the tracking enabled with your provider. The app shows requested tracking settings and uses signed provider events for the activity it records.
Try it in your own workspace.
- Download the complete SendCanvas 0.2.0 ZIP. For an existing installation, follow the included upgrade guide and preserve your saved data, branding, accounts and private settings.
- Open Client workspace in your connected installation, select a client, save a brand kit and connect a verified sending provider.
- Create a branded email, choose the audience and share its private review link.
- After approval, schedule the email or use it in a supported live automation, then follow the delivery report.
