Take a quiz lead through to approved delivery.

Ask relevant follow-up questions, understand lead fit, resume unfinished quizzes, review plans with clients and prepare approved work for delivery.

The quiz is the start of the conversation. Kickoff now helps your team understand the enquiry, agree a marketing plan with the client and prepare the work from the version they approved. These screenshots show the real app with fictional Northstar Studio and Juniper Lane Florals examples.

  • Ask questions that fit the prospect and let them return to saved answers.
  • Understand the lead and agree the exact plan with the client.
  • Prepare approved delivery tasks and see which quiz campaigns lead to the next step.

Ask the follow-up questions that matter.

A quiz can now show a question only when an earlier answer makes it relevant. Build a shorter path for one type of enquiry and ask for more detail on another. Answers to hidden questions stay out of the submitted response and marketing plan.

Set the conditions in Agency workspace → Adaptive quizzes, save them and try both paths in the preview. Quizzes without conditions keep their existing flow.

Let someone pick up where they left off.

Public quizzes can save unfinished answers and entered contact details in the same browser for up to seven days. A returning visitor can continue from their saved step instead of typing everything again. They confirm consent again before submitting.

Saved progress stays in that browser and depends on its storage settings. It does not move between devices. The visitor can clear it on a shared device, and a successful submission clears the saved response.

See why a lead looks like a good fit.

Set points for answers that matter to your agency, such as budget, timing and service fit. Each new lead shows its total, a qualification label and the reasons that matched. Your team can understand the score before deciding what to do next.

You can also suggest a service and its next-step link. Your team sees the private score and reasons; the prospect sees the service suggestion. Saved lead scores keep the rules used when the response arrived.

Keep client feedback beside the plan.

Create a private review link for a finished marketing plan. The client can read the shared version, add comments and request changes. Your team can reply in the same conversation.

Creating a link sends no email; share it with the intended reviewer. Links last 14 days and can be revoked. A new review link replaces older ones for that lead.

Know which version the client approved.

The reviewer enters their name and confirms the exact plan they approve. Finished plans and saved edits stay in Version history, so your team can open earlier versions.

When the plan changes, its earlier approval continues to describe the earlier version. Get the revised plan approved before preparing or exporting delivery from it.

Turn the approved plan into a useful handoff.

Prepare an editable delivery brief and starter tasks from the approved plan. Review the scope, add or remove tasks, choose priorities, assign owners and enter dates before handing work to the team. Owners and deadlines start blank for you to decide.

Download a delivery ZIP containing your brief, the complete approved plan and a task CSV that HyperTask can import. Review the CSV in HyperTask’s import preview and match assignees to people in the destination project.

If the plan changes, get the new version approved, review your existing delivery draft and save it against that approval before exporting again.

See which quiz campaigns lead to the next step.

Conversion reporting brings together new tracked quiz starts, completed responses, ready plans, result views and next-step link clicks. Group visits by campaign source and campaign name, then narrow the view to one quiz or a 7-, 30- or 90-day window.

Question progress shows what visitors reported seeing. An unfinished session is counted against its last question after 30 minutes without submission. Different quiz branches can have different audiences.

These reports start with newly tracked visits. Browser and network settings can affect tracking, and a next-step click is a link click rather than proof of a booked call or sale.
