Bring client SEO work into one agency workspace.

See work across clients, give your team the right access, collect exact-change approvals and turn reviewed SEO work into reports, tasks and GitHub requests.

HyperSEO 0.6 adds an agency workflow around the website work you already do. Keep an eye on several client workspaces, let clients review proposed changes and prepare the next handoff without rebuilding the same information elsewhere. All six additions are included in one complete source ZIP. The screenshots below show the actual app with fictional agencies, teammates and websites.

  • An agency portfolio and separate team/client access
  • Exact-change client approvals and private scheduled report drafts
  • Reviewed HyperTask handoffs and GitHub pull requests
The agency portfolio brings permitted client workspaces together. Agencies, websites and work counts shown are fictional examples.

See which client needs attention next

The portfolio brings together websites from the workspaces your account can access. See audits that are due, open and overdue tasks, pending client decisions and report drafts waiting for review.

Open the relevant website workspace from the same list. These are work and review counts; traffic and ranking results still depend on the evidence you actually connect.

Give teammates and clients their own access

Agency mode adds separate workspaces and owner, manager, specialist, viewer and client roles. Managers handle connections, final publication and report sharing. Specialists can prepare work, while viewers can inspect it.

Invite a client to the websites they should see. Their portal contains requested reviews and explicitly shared reports for those websites, keeping internal staff work separate.

Choose staff roles and the websites each client can access. All names, email addresses and websites shown are fictional.

Get approval for the change the client will receive

Show the current and proposed versions of a page title, description, page content or GitHub source proposal. The client can approve that exact version, request changes or decline it and leave feedback.

Editing the proposal requires a fresh decision before implementation. Approval records permission; a manager still performs the final publishing action.

A client reviews the exact proposed change before the agency implements it. Fieldwork Studio and the review shown are fictional examples.

Have a report draft ready for your review

Choose a weekly or monthly preparation schedule and its time zone. While your web and worker service is running, HyperSEO prepares a private report draft from the evidence already saved for that website.

Review the draft, add a client summary and explicitly share it when it is ready. Assigned clients can read and download the shared report. Editing a shared report makes it private until a manager shares the revised version again.

Schedules prepare drafts. They do not email clients or automatically publish reports. Missing traffic or ranking evidence stays missing.

Schedule private draft preparation, then review and share each report separately. This is a fictional Fieldwork example; no client email is sent by this schedule.

Let clients read the progress you choose to share

Clients have one place to find the reports your agency has reviewed and shared. They can read the report in the portal or download its standalone HTML copy.

Use your summary to explain the work completed and the next decisions. Internal task notes are left out of the client report.

Assigned clients can read and download reports the agency has explicitly shared. Fictional agency, website and work data; no traffic or ranking result is claimed.

Hand off useful tasks to HyperTask

Select tracked SEO tasks and prepare a frozen handoff with page links, priorities, owners, deadlines and instructions. A manager reviews that exact handoff before its CSV becomes available.

Download the CSV, then use HyperTask’s spreadsheet import to review and add the work. This is a reviewed file handoff; it does not automatically synchronize the two apps.

Review a frozen work list before importing it into HyperTask. Teammate, website, tasks and deadlines shown are fictional examples.

Turn a reviewed source change into a GitHub request

Connect your own repository and choose which source files HyperSEO may review. Save the proposed file, review the before and after, and request any required client decision.

A manager separately confirms creating the branch, commit and pull request. Review and merge it through your normal repository process. HyperSEO does not merge or deploy it; your repository’s own automation may run when a branch or request is created.

If confirmation is interrupted, use Check GitHub outcome to look for the existing request. This checks what happened without creating a second request.

Review the saved proposal before creating a request. Fictional repository shown using a local simulated GitHub provider; no remote GitHub request was created for this demonstration.

Keep local use, or configure agency access

The existing local mode remains available. Team accounts and the signed-in client portal use the optional agency configuration, with your own account service, verification email sender and a server that stays available.

The complete download includes installation and upgrade guides. Preserve your existing private data and configuration; the agency upgrade guide explains the explicit import into an empty workspace.

Try it in your own workspace.

  1. Download the complete HyperSEO 0.6.0 source ZIP from your portal.
  2. For an existing installation, follow the included upgrade guide and back up your private data and saved connections.
  3. Keep local mode or follow docs/AGENCY.md to configure your own agency installation, then invite teammates and assign client websites.
  4. Prepare a change, request the client’s decision and review a report draft or task handoff before sharing or implementing it.
