Client reviews and everyday agency workflows
Review exact client deliverables, plan monthly allocations, repeat work across clients and prepare approved delivery packs and weekly updates.
AI Employees 1.10 brings six agency tools together in the new Agency workspace. Core Workforce and Complete each receive one updated source download for their licensed employee roster. These are real product screenshots with fictional client records.
- Prepare frozen client review packs and record approval or change requests on the exact files.
- Set monthly client allocations and review recorded usage alongside held assignment budgets.
- Preview one brief across selected clients, then start separate client-context assignments.
- Bring pending plans, actions, client reviews and allocation holds into one approval inbox.
- Download approved delivery ZIPs containing the reviewed files and their decision manifest.
- Save weekly client summaries and export text or CSV without internal usage costs.
Give clients an exact version to review
Choose a client in Agency → Client reviews, select the files and create a private review pack. The pack keeps its own copy of the files, so later source edits do not quietly change what the client sees.
Review the saved pack, then create a link lasting 1–90 days. Files associated with another client stay out of the picker. Unassigned workspace files need an explicit choice. Packs support up to 20 files, 8 MB per file and 25 MB together.
Keep the decision with the files
The client opens the review link, reads the selected files and approves them or requests changes with a note. Approval asks them to confirm they reviewed this version. A revised delivery needs a new pack.
Anyone holding the link can access its selected files and submit the decision. The supplied name records who the link holder says they are; it is not verified identity. Keep links private, replace them if needed or withdraw access.
Hand over the approved package
Approval unlocks a single delivery ZIP containing the exact reviewed files and a manifest of the decision and file hashes. The client can download it directly from the review page.
Plan each client’s monthly allocation
Owners and admins can enable a monthly USD allocation. The meter shows recorded usage, the unused portion of assignment budgets still held and the remaining allocation. A worker can start a new assignment only when its full declared budget fits.
The full allocation stays held through the UTC month, including finished or failed work, because provider charges may arrive late. Already allocated work can finish if you lower the limit. Raising or disabling it retries work held by that client limit.
Recorded usage is not a provider invoice. These allocations help plan work; they do not guarantee a ceiling on actual provider charges. Client-linked editor work needs an assignment budget while a limit is enabled.
Repeat a useful brief across selected clients
Write one shared brief with client fields, choose up to 20 clients and save a preview. Review each expanded brief and its budget before starting. Each client receives a separate assignment with their own roster and context.
Only the person who prepared the batch can start it. A changed client configuration requires a new preview. Retry an interrupted batch to continue the remaining items while reusing assignments already created.
See what is waiting for a decision
The approval inbox brings together pending assignment plans, proposed external actions, client reviews and allocation holds. Open a task or tool to inspect its full details before deciding; open a client item to return to that exact review pack.
Prepare a weekly client update
Choose a client and a UTC week, then save a summary of assignments updated during those seven days. Statuses reflect the moment you create the summary. It is a saved snapshot, rather than a reconstruction of past statuses.
Download Markdown or CSV without the internal usage costs shown in your private view. Review and edit the wording before sharing it with your client. Saving a summary does not send a message.
Keep deliveries easy to find
Delivery packs keeps the reviewed files, decision and final download together for the selected client. Withdrawing a link removes public access while preserving your private approved archive. Copies already downloaded remain with their recipients.
Try it in your own workspace.
- Download AI Employees 1.10 from your portal library. Use your licensed Core Workforce or Complete package; the employee roster is unchanged.
- For a new installation, follow SETUP.md. For an existing installation, back up private configuration, data and files, then follow UPGRADE.md and review customization collisions before merging.
- Keep the included lockfile, install dependencies and run the setup or upgrade verification gates. The application applies its additive data update automatically. Restart matching workers after current work finishes.
- Open Agency and start with one client and one small review pack. Read docs/releases/1.10.0.md in the download for the complete workflows and limits.
