What does done with you actually mean?
We do about 90% of the implementation. You join the three private working sessions, explain how your business works, provide the agreed access, and help us judge the results. We handle the setup and custom builds while you stay involved in the decisions.
What’s included in the $2,500?
Three private working sessions, AI Employees setup in your environment, a few custom AI employees for your agreed workflows, and testing and handover together. It’s one payment of $2,500 USD for the engagement.
Is this included in All Access?
No. This is a separate, paid implementation service. All Access and our classes help you learn; this engagement is time spent setting things up specifically inside your business and infrastructure. You don’t need an All Access membership to book it.
How many custom AI employees will we build?
A few, focused on the workflows we agree on together. The useful scope depends on your tools, the complexity of each job, and the access available. We decide that scope with you in the first session.
Do I need to know how to code?
You don’t need to do the coding or arrive with a finished technical plan. Bring a clear understanding of your business, the repetitive work you want help with, and access to the tools we agree to use.
Are software and running costs included?
Third-party software subscriptions, hosting, and AI usage are separate from the $2,500 service fee. We’ll discuss the tools needed for your setup and any associated costs as we agree on the scope.
What happens after I book?
Email Aaron using the address you used at checkout. Share a short description of your business, the work you want help with, and your time zone and availability. We’ll arrange the three sessions and confirm what to bring to the first one.
Can you do the whole thing for me?
Yes, you can inquire about a separate done-for-you engagement. Email us with your business, the workflows you want built, and your current tools. We’ll discuss the scope and pricing for that option separately.
