How long does the install take?

Most engines go live in 7 days from kickoff. Done-For-You may run slightly longer if your brand voice work is heavier.

What do you need from us to get started?

Existing content samples (posts, scripts, drafts, whatever you have), your brand guidelines or voice docs if they exist, API access to any tools you want connected via MCP, and an operator we can train. We send a full kickoff checklist within 24 hours of approving your application.

How much of MY time is required during the 7 days?

Roughly 2 to 3 hours total, spread across the week. Mostly async review of voice samples and one tuning round. Heavier brand voice work can push it to 4 to 5 hours. We're built for busy founders.

Do I need to know anything about AI or Claude?

No. We handle the technical side. You bring the brand, the voice, and the goals.

What does it run on?

The engine runs in Claude Code. We set up MCP connections so it can talk to your existing tools, meaning it can pull context from them and take actions on them, not just spit out text. Your operator runs it, you don't have to switch platforms.

What if I already have a content team?

Even better. We install the engine and train them on it. They become editors and strategists instead of full-time writers.

What if my brand voice is hard to capture?

That's actually the part we're best at. Brand voice tuning is a built-in phase. If we can't nail it within the engagement, we keep refining until we do.

Do you guarantee a number of posts per week?

We guarantee a working engine that can produce daily across the platforms we set up. Volume depends on how much your operator runs it.

Do I own the prompts and system after install?

Yes, 100%. The prompt library, configs, and runbook are yours to keep, modify, and use internally however you want. The only restriction is you can't resell our system as your own service.

How does payment work?

Payment is handled through Whop after your application is approved. Exact terms are confirmed in your application response.

Why is Done-For-You custom-priced?

Scope varies a lot. An agency running 6 client brands needs a different engine than a solo founder with one voice. We quote after your application so the price matches the actual work, not a guess.

What AI credit costs should I expect?

You bring your own Claude (and OpenAI if needed) API keys, so all usage costs go to you directly. Most engines run around $50 per month in AI credits depending on output volume. We are not responsible for those usage fees.

What happens after the 7-day support window?

The engine is yours to run. After 7 days we're not on the hook for ongoing tweaks, debugging, or support. If you want continued help, we sell retainers through DevLab. Email hello@hyperflow.cloud.

What if Claude, OpenAI, or a platform changes something and breaks the engine?

AI tools evolve. We design the engine to be modular so when something shifts, you or your operator can patch the affected prompt without rebuilding. We're not responsible for fixing the engine after the support window when platforms change. For ongoing tune-ups, contact us through DevLab at hello@hyperflow.cloud.

Do you work with non-English brands?

Not currently. This service is for English-based brands only.

Why not just use Jasper, Copy.ai, or an off-the-shelf AI writing tool?

Off-the-shelf tools optimize for generic output. They don't know your offers, your audience, your platforms, or your voice. We build a system trained on YOUR business, which is why the output reads like your team wrote it instead of like "AI content".
